hmmm good lot of info Rae! xx
I'm not listening….fingers in ears!!!lol
That doesn't matter anyway. Theres evidence been around for a while now, proving Fruit digestion in Cereals, Yoghurts, Bars and with other foods as part of a meal, is hindered, and causes partial putrifaction of Fruit anyway.
That's if you follow food combining laws, which in fairness is anal, and makes it difficult to eat food, hence why I don't do it.
Although you'd be better off eating fruit 10-15 minutes before something else, then eat the other food in order to reduce Fruit digestion issues.
That means eating plain or Nut yoghurts, Plain Cereal, or one with no adeded Fruit and definitely no cereal bars, which are a false prophecy, as people will never get adequate daily calories eating 80-100 calorie snacks.
I hope all is well with you. Take care and best wishes.
