I had a great night out last night with Michelle and Eddy, our sponsor from Next Generation Supplements. We got so caught up with talking about everything that it was after 11.00pm by the time we left.

Wow, so many things to think about and so many plans on the horizon. It is going to be a wild ride methinks, but Michelle and I are definitely up for the challenge.

Speaking of Michelle, she has got something huge happening for her soon if she decides to go ahead with it and I couldn’t be happier for her. Although I cannot say too much as it hasn’t been locked in yet, I had to say something because I am just so excited for her!!

This really does typify our friendship, and I guess that is why it is such a strong one. We really are each other’s cheering section. I know that whatever happens good in my life, she is just as excited for me as I am when something good happens for her. You really do count yourself lucky when you have people like that in your corner, and I have more than one friend like that, so I count myself VERY lucky indeed!!

So yes… exciting plans are on the horizon and as Michelle and I discussed on the way home, next year just feels like it is going to be really big!!

Next Generation have some exciting new supplements coming out next year and I cannot wait for that. It’s good to see an Australian supplement company producing such great quality base products with no fancy claims… just products that do what they say they do. I think everyone should buy Australian!!

This weekend will be tinged with a little bit of sadness as it is back out to Mum’s to go through the clothes. This was put off last time as the real estate were coming out to take photos and the place was a mess. So we had to prioritise and do the outside. I have no doubt there will be tears, but I also don’t doubt that there will be some lovely memories. Then Sunday it will be off to the cemetary as it is the anniversary of my father’s passing.

So it has been and will be a big few days!!

I hope everyone has a great weekend… train hard and eat well!!

Love Rae xxx

How fun! I love watching all this good stuff unfold for blog gals!
And yes, you are super lucky to have such a great friend that shares your fitness passion and lives close by to share things in person…as grateful as I am about having the internet…it’s just not the same as in person contact with the ones we are close to. Treasure it!

Oh I do Raechelle!! Other friends come and go, but there is just a small handful of really good girlfriends who are there always. I know I can trust them with absolutely anything, as they can with me. We definitely have each others backs!! I don’t regret any friendships that have disappointed me either because although it hurts at the time, these experiences are what teach us to treasure our true friends

I am also dying to meet you, although I feel like I know you so well already!!

Email is on it’s way babe!!

I love that quote… very fitting with what I went through today. I brought home a couple of things from Mum’s wardrobe for my friend Cheree and she hugged me while we both had a good cry over Mum. Gotta love it when your friends cry with you xxx

What can I say, but best wishes trying to handle everythng you have to cope with.

Your friends, can really be proud of having you to count on and certainly I’ve never stopped being proud of having you as a friend.

I know it’s really going to be a tough time and it’s probably too late to really send any words of comfort for you, except that you can do what must be done, now and in the future, in the certain knowledge that you can be proud of how you have respected and cherished the memories of your family.

They would certainly be proud of you and through them, you have continued to be a credit.

You haven’t had the very best in life, like you should have, but you have a lot of people, that think so much of you and it makes me happy that you are now finally getting a lot of the good things you richly deserev, and proving to people what a beautiful person and athlete you are.

So whatever you do in life, GOOD LUCK and don’t stop being you. Of course I will always be here for you, and I am very, very proud of you for everything.

:-) :-) .

Thank you so much Matt. Just knowing that so many people were thinking of me makes it easier to deal with xxx
