Has anyone fallen over in shock at how regularly I have updated this week? Don’t count on it not going back to sporadic, but in the meantime please enjoy!

I’ve had a couple of experiences lately where people have made rude comments that have put me on the back foot. The reaction is usually to sit there dumbfounded as you process what they actually said and then the hurt and indignation builds. Unfortunately it is usually after they are long gone you come up with a barrage of witty retorts that would have put them firmly in their place. It got me to thinking about how people seem to have lost the ability for tactfulness and say things when they really should keep their mouth shut and their opinions to themselves.
